Adventure and Exciting Activities in Orlando Florida

Aquatica

This is the newest water park in Orlando. The  most popular ride in the park is called "Dolphin Plunge" - an amazing slide where you travel through a clear tube that passes through a dolphin tank. The dolphins in the tank are quite playful and often follow riders as they pass through. This is the only attraction like this in the world, but there is even more to see in Aquatica. Rides, beaches, wave pools and more await you! This is a great park for the whole family.

Sea World

Sea World has something for everyone and is known as the park for all ages. There are shows that will inspire you, interaction with live animals and sea creatures, restaurants and botanical masterpieces and a nightly fireworks show that incorporates pyrotechnics and water in an amazing combination. The dolphin and and Shamu performances are known worldwide but there are some surprises in store as you take a ride on "Krakken" (Orlando's fastest roller coaster) or dare to explore the lost city of Atlantis. Sea World is also well shaded and friendly to the needs of small children and the elderly.

Wet n' Wild

Wet n' Wild is a premier water park in Orlando. Located minutes away from universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The park has a great combination of extreme and relaxing rides for those who want to spend the day enjoying the sun and water. Wet n' Wild is a preferred place for children due to the number of interesting rides that combine music, atmosphere and designs that whirl you around and through the park. The park is open late to allow visitors to cool off in a fun way after they've spent the day in nearby attractions.

Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens is located in Tampa Florida and requires a transfer form Orlando to get to the park. The park is an amazing place designed to transport you to Africa where you can go on Safari, see wild animals and of course experience some of the most thrilling rides and shows in Central Florida. The jewel of the park is a roller coaster called "Sheikra" which will leave you breathless as it swoops down like a giant bird diving off a high cliff. Busch Gardens is a "must see" park and is certainly worth the drive time. It offers the most comprehensive blend of the best rides and shows in one great park.

Universal Studios

Universal Studios Florida is a park devoted to movie lovers. Here you can "ride the movies" as you and your family interact with various scenes from blockbuster favorites like Terminator, Shrek, The Mummy and more. Child favorites like Jimmy Neutron, Sponge Bob and Men in Black are also popular. This is a great park on a hot day as most of the rides are indoor and allow you to sit altogether as the show or ride takes place. Restaurants are conveniently located throughout the park, each with a theme from a popular movie. Universal is next door to Islands of Adventure and City Walk so you can easily spend two days in the complex and do something new continuously.

Islands of Adventure

Islands of Adventure is a park where dreams come to life. This is one of the most imaginative parks you will find anywhere in the world. Comic book heroes like Spider Man, The Incredible Hulk and the Fantastic 4 make up one segment, complete with amazing roller coasters and rides that will thrill you! Journey farther through other comic characters and you will enter the famous gates of Jurassic Park. Dine in the famous sets from the Jurassic Park move, take a water ride through the dinosaur camp and then make your way through the enchanted area where Dragons duel and visitors are twisted and spun toward each other in opposing roller coaster tracks. Then the land of Dr. Seuss appears and you are walking through the pages of his famous books, including Cat in the Hat and One Fish two Fish. This park will amaze you from start to stop, the rides, design and overall composition are truly an adventure to experience!

Universal's City Walk

This is twist on the typical water park. Rather than hot tropical themes, Blizzard Beach is based on the concept that a freak winter storm blew through Orlando, freezing everything in sight.
